Can I change my seat?
Yes. Contact supporteurs@akaroafrenchfest.co.nz and we’ll sort it out for you.
Can I add a platter to my booking?
Yes you can. Contact supporteurs@akaroafrenchfest.co.nz to do this.
What is the difference between A Reserve and B Reserve?
A Reserve seating is closest to the stage, with B Reserve further back. Both sections are at tables. Book early if you have a preference. A Reserve goes first.
Can I book a full table for my group?
Yes. Select “Table (Per Seat)” when booking to reserve seats together at the same table. Contact us at supporteurs@akaroafrenchfest.co.nz if you’d like help coordinating a group booking.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes your reserved seat and a complimentary glass of French bubbles on arrival. Platters and additional food and beverage options are available to add. Full details will be in your booking confirmation.
How will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be emailed to you after booking. Bring your QR code – on your phone or printed – for entry on the night.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer refunds. Please contact us as early as possible at supporteurs@akaroafrenchfest.co.nz if you’re unable to make it.
I haven’t received my booking confirmation what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at supporteurs@akaroafrenchfest.co.nz and we’ll sort it out.
