Our celebration of all things French returns to the picturesque, historic, seaside settlement of Akaroa during the Springtime, 2026.
Akaroa loves French Festival and we know that you do too; come and share with us Le Marché du Nuit on our opening night, Friday night. Saturday starts with the fantastique, historic re-enactment on the beach ‘Landings’, then join the Parade to La Rotonde du Festival for a full and fabulous weekend of all things French and Fantastique!
Food, wine and produce, live music, heritage exhibitions, fun competitions, exhibitions, art and family fun. Don’t miss our premier event ‘Le Cabaret’ featuring stellar entertainment in the big top – book early, this event is a sell out every festival! La Brocante on Sunday is a wonderful opportunity for all lovers of Vintage Fair antiques and collectables – plus – the hilarious Cirque du Croissant for young and old alike. Of course, Le Marché Français continues.
